Our Trip to California and Arizona

For our honeymoon, my husband and I went to Arizona and California. We flew into Phoenix, where Les's birth mom has a house. Arizona was fun and beautiful. We went to a restaurant in downtown Phoenix and there was a bull there. The restaurant was Western/Cowboy themed. They also had live music. We can't remember the name of it. Our hotel was relaxing. It looked like a spa.

After staying one night in Phoenix, we drove to California and stayed at an Air B&B. We were near the sea and saw seals in their natural habitat. We love animals, so this was right up our alley. We also went to Big Sir. After staying one night in the Air B&B we drove to Anaheim, California and stayed with his birth mom. We stayed several days there. It was great to see her. She has a beautiful, full, garden in the back of her house.

Dear Journal I am wondering if I should tell interesting facts about me

Friday, July 29, 2016

Dear Journal,

I was happy to talk to my relative who lives in a nursing home today. She is a presence of hope and encouragement in my life. She said I should write a book on the story of my life. I am too private and reserved I think to do this. I have heard and seen most things people will never see in their lifetime. I have seen the worst pain and grief and have seen the look of terror.I look forward to living a good life.

Project Hope- Love a teacher! :D

I support education. I went to school for Early Childhood Education and I have my teaching license in South Carolina. I worked in preschools for 7.5 years and my last job was tutoring students in elementary school age. I went to some great elementary schools and I think that's why I wanted to become an Early Childhood Education teacher.

Education is very important to our future. The children I had became like my own and I valued hardwork, honesty, and of course---fun!  My mom and grandma majored in Early Childhood Education like I did. My
